The Cayman Island Public Library accepts oral and written comments in all forms using the following procedures.

Commendations

Please register your satisfaction with library services and programmes at your convenience. Suggestion and comments boxes and slips are provided at each library or you may call the Library Director.

Recommendations

 Suggestions for improvements in services are also welcomed. Recommendations may also be placed in the boxes provided or you may call the Library Director.

Complaints

If you wish to make a formal complaint about library services, please direct these to the Head of Section in the respective branch libraries. If the complaint cannot be resolved, please send written notice to or call the Library Director. Written complaints will be dealt with in the strictest confidence and will be responded to within 10 working days.
