The George Town Public Library, in collaboration with the Kiwanis Club of Grand Cayman, invites all children to participate in Let's Read, on Saturdays at 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., or 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Let's Read was launched this month, and will be held every Saturday until February 2008. The story-time sessions encourage and promote reading among children of varying age groups. Stories will be read to children for information, inspiration, diversity, and most importantly, for enjoyment. No registration is required for this programme. However, parents and guardians are encouraged to bring their children early for either session, as space is limited. The George Town Library is located on Edward Street, across from Heroes Square. For more information, please call library staff at 949-5159.
