Local Cayman Author Registry

Are you a published author? If you have written and published one or more books we WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

One of the Public Library Service missions is to recognize our local authors. In addition, we want to provide our Cayman Islands communities with as much information as possible about you and your significant literary contributions. To accomplish this mission, the Public Library Service is partnering with CLM Publishing to compile and publish a Registry of all locally authored books. Once completed, this Book Registry will be printed and distributed at various locations throughout the island. We are also in hopes that once our first registry is completed we will be able to update the registry routinely. Our first step is to gather as much information as possible about you and the books that you have written and published. Attached is a form that you will need to complete. Please provide all the information that is requested and remember that whatever details you include will be published in the Registry. Once you have filled out the necessary forms and provided an image of yourself and your book(s), please submit your documents to: cibookuser@gmail.com. If you have questions, please email us at the address listed above or call Librarian, Kevin Goring at 949-5159. Please note that the deadline for submissions is 31 January, 2018. We are very excited about this project and look forward to getting our new Book Registry completed.
